Ting Tao Chiu was born in India and accepted his call to ministry at a young age.

He served faithfully for more than 45 years, over which time he held various positions some of which included: Sunday School teacher, School Administrator, Teacher,  Assistant to the Pastor and Associate Pastor.  He was ordained in 1982.

Of the many credits to his walk with God two things always stood out wherever he served–his love for people and his faithfulness to God and leadership.

Rev Chiu is the Senior and the founding Pastor of the Grace Ling Liang Church, Toronto.

Wei Hsien Chen (Michael) received his Bachelor of Religious Education in Pastoral Ministry from Tyndale University College and Seminary in 2010.

While at Tyndale, Michael interned with Grace Ling Liang Church and was subsequently hired as a full time Assistant Pastor.

Michael is married to Evelyn Zhou and the Lord has blessed them with two lovely children; Enoch and Melanie. Michael is Indian Born Chinese. He grew up in Calcutta, India and attended Grace Ling
Liang English school founded by Rev. Lamb. He came to know Christ and was born
again while attending Grace Ling Liang Church.

Michael moved to Toronto Canada in 2001. He felt call to vocational ministry in 2006
and he obtained his Bachelor in Pastoral Ministry from Tyndale Bible University College
Seminary. He has been serving as assistant Pastor since 2010.

He work together with the Senior Pastor in the overall church matter which include the spiritual growth of the church; he provides pastoral care & home visitation. He leads in the teen and young adult fellowship program. He also preaches and coordinates in the Sunday
Worship services.

Michael is married to Evelyn Zhou and the Lord has blessed them with two beautiful
children; Enoch and Melanie.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys weight training, reading, photography, music, hiking
and getting close to different animals found in the ravine. He also enjoys taking a walk
in the park with his family along with their dog Kirby.
